Who is responsible

What data is collected

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the area you need help with, your message and the language of the page.

When you write by email or WhatsApp: the details and messages you choose to send.

When you visit the website: the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Why it is used

To reply to your request and, if you decide to go ahead, to take the steps needed before an engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold.

Service providers

Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives contact form submissions and forwards them by email.

Vercel, Inc. (United States) hosts the website.

Google LLC provides the email service used to reply.

WhatsApp (Meta) is used only if you choose to write that way.

The map on the contact page is loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address when the map is displayed.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Messages that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, your data is kept for as long as professional and legal record-keeping obligations require.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format, by writing to victorcalegare@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority, at www.cnpd.pt.
